Brookfield Properties’ garages are thoughtfully designed to offer premium service to our guests. Well equipped with extensive amenities and perks, our garages boast superior air quality, lighting, and maintenance, a designated ecozone, and convenient access to car-sharing among many other benefits. These premium facilities offer a wide range of value-added services. Although the garages are fully automated, parking staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance.

General Information 

Tenant and visitor parking is available in an attached parking garage, which can be accessed from Howe Street and Shaw/Ruthven Street.

The entrance to the 1600 Smith garage is located on Howe Street and Ruthven Street. Entrances are clearly marked by a parking sign. Daily parking rates are posted at the garage entrances. Monthly parking rates can be found on These rates are subject to change from time to time.

VIP parking is located on the ground floor of 1600 Smith Garage and is restricted and available on a limited basis.  Reserved parking is located on the 3rd floor of the 1600 Smith Garage and is restricted and available on a limited basis.
