Wells Fargo Center is a 52-story Class A office tower commanding an iconic presence on the Denver skyline since 1983. The tower is known for its distinctive double-curved crown, and its red granite and glass façade. Designed by Philip Johnson and John Burgee, the building continues to be a timeless piece of the city.

We deliver the highest quality of services to our tenants. By utilizing the Angus Anywhere software platform to respond to tenant service requests, our customer service representatives manage service and maintenance requests 24/7.
Whether a light is out, or experiencing a power issue, dealing with a small spill or a large leak, tenants can be assured that their service requests will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Available in app, online and by phone, submitting service requests is quick and simple.

Fire, life & safety
Security at Wells Fargo Center Denver is provided by a combination of electronic monitoring and personnel. Security service is provided on a 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Wells Fargo Center is open to the public from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. All other times, including Sundays and designated holidays, an access card will be required to enter the building. Building access is attained by using the card readers located at each perimeter entrances. The entrances are located at the Sherman Street (lobby) level, the Wells Fargo Center Garage, the entrances to the pedestrian and service tunnels, the skybridge over Lincoln Street which connects 1700 Broadway and the Wells Fargo Center, and at the Lincoln Street entrance.
After building hours, a person without an access card can be admitted to the building by pressing the intercom at any exterior building card reader location. Notification from our Tenants that they are expecting guests or clients after hours is appreciated. The security team is directed to contact the company's designated "Tenant Contact" for guest authorization prior to allowing admittance.

Parking at Wells Fargo Center
Wells Fargo Center Parking Garage is at 1700 Sherman Street, east of the Wells Fargo Center building. The garage is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. LAZ Parking performs remote monitoring 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Parking Facility sits directly across from the Wells Fargo Center on Sherman Street. The entrance to the Parking Facility is on the North end of the structure at the up-ramp labeled "Public and Contract Parking".
There are four SemaConnect electric vehicle charging stations located in the Wells Fargo Center Parking Garage on Level 2 near the exit gates. They are available for member and non-member use.
Members will receive the first 4 hours of charging free with incremental fees of $5.00 every 15 minutes after that.

- Upper reserve parkers: $296 (a part of the garage public access)
- Lower reserve parkers: $355 (exclusive access)
