Entrance to the 1225 Louisiana garage is located by entering the surface lot from the Milam Street entrance. Surface parking is both self-service and valet, and hourly and daily parking rates are clearly marked. Garage parking is under the surface lot and is clearly marked. Monthly parking rates can be obtained by contacting the SP+ garage manager at 713-951-7420. Rates are subject to change periodically.
