Through the Suncor Energy Centre (SEC) Redevelopment, we are creating a state-of-the-art environment conducive to collaboration and innovation to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

The renovation project features a best-in-class tenant amenities space, offering resources to enhance productivity, flexibility and wellness, exclusive to our SEC tenants and their teams.

Reimagining the spaces between the two sentinel office towers, we will harness the flow of people from the streets, towers and Calgary’s extensive Plus15 to a create a vibrant, animated and creative space in the heart of Calgary’s business district where people can enjoy arts, culture and an elevated food experience.
