Instructions
Below you will find a collection of resources, and forms to guide you through your property webpage revisions. Upon completion, a member from the axiistenantapp.com support team will update your property website and reach out to you to advise of completion or request more information. Please allow us a minimum of 24 hours to complete the changes.
Please fill out all applicable sections in the form below and attach any new images (jpeg/png) or copy (doc/docx) in upload areas provided. Image specifications can be found to the right.

All image files should be web-ready jpeg or png files in rgb colour mode.
Note that in 2023 the site will be optimized for all formats, image specs are subject to change.
Information and expectations
Please expect a minimum one (1) full business day for revisions to be reviewed and processed. 'Required by' dates should be set accordingly.
If enquiring about a website expansion, please use the project intake form to initiate a conversation with the axiis support team.
If changes are to be applied to the Tenant Information Guide (TIG) and the axiis app please select the appropriate boxes within the forms to ensure changes are applied.
Copy for website changes and TIG updates must be provided in Track Changes (under the Review tab) using the web copy source file for your property webpage.
