Service requests

We deliver the highest quality of services to our tenants. By utilizing the Angus Anywhere software platform to respond to tenant service requests, our customer service representatives manage service and maintenance requests 24/7.

Whether a light is out, or experiencing a power issue, dealing with a small spill or a large leak, tenants can be assured that their service requests will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Available in app, online and by phone, submitting service requests is quick and simple.

Fire, life & safety

Our security teams are led by professionals with years of frontline experience in security, policing and fire protection and prevention. Know that when you’re at 4 Houston Center we have your safety and security in mind. We’ve already thought of what could go wrong be it fire, theft or pandemic and planned for it. So you don’t have to.

The City of Houston Fire Marshall requires certification training for every designated Fire Warden. Brookfield Properties offers an online certification training program allowing tenants to train their Fire Wardens at no cost.

If you are a first-time user, you will need to have your company’s specific registration code. If you do not have the code, check with your office manager or contact Brookfield Properties fire safety coordinator at

Once the certification training is completed, the Fire Warden will receive a PDF version of the Fire Marshall Certificate.

At Houston Center, our parking facilities have premium amenities and are designed and operate in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of our tenants & guests.

The parking garages at Houston Center are managed and maintained by SP+ Corporation. For all matters including issuance/replacement of badges, billing concerns, and terminating parking access please contact the parking office.
