Bank of America Plaza

Los Angeles, California

Bank of America Plaza, located in Bunker Hill, is one of the most beautiful and prestigious office properties in downtown Los Angeles. Completed in 1974, the 55-story property is situated on a 4.21- acre site that features a unique formal garden with over 200 trees and three 24-foot waterfalls.

Near the building’s main entrance is the 42-foot high “Four Arches” sculpture by Alexander Calder. The building’s interior public space is equally impressive, with a striking stained bronze entryway leading to a plaza lobby that features a 27-foot high dark hardwood ceiling, light flame-finished granite walls, and polished opalescent granite floors. Numerous on-site and nearby amenities, state of the art building infrastructure, along with management’s adherence to the highest standard of service levels, make Bank of America Plaza a natural choice for companies seeking the finest setting to do business.

Fire, life & safety

Security officers are on duty at the Building’s Security Console and tour throughout the property and garage twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Building also employs electronic surveillance devices throughout certain common areas. Two-way radio communication between the Property Management Office, Security Console and property staff provide quick response to any issue.

As a cornerstone of our emergency management planning, we offer the highest level of prevention measures. Through long-term planning and the use of enhanced technology, our team works to address the ever-changing security and life safety needs of our properties.

At all of our properties we offer security at your fingertips. Integrated with axiis, the LiveSafe mobile platform gives app users the opportunity to report incidents and emergencies safely and securely. Whether being stuck in an elevator or encountering suspicious activity, tenants can speak directly to a security guard and receive updates about the incident report. The process is simple and intuitive. We take the well-being of our tenants and partners seriously, that’s why we put security at their fingertips.
