Completed in 1984, Suncor Energy Centre has become one of the most striking office tower complexes in Calgary. Encompassing over 2 million square feet of office and retail space, the West Tower is an iconic piece of the Calgary Downtown skyline, rising 706 feet above street level.

Suncor Energy Centre is a certified green building with a Gold level of certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance program.

The property is clad in stunning Taivassalo granite imported from Finland, and features broad-flamed Roca Porhino granite plazas, extensive landscaping, and seating areas. The towers are connected by a four-storey Atrium, enriched by the extensive use of landscaping, pools, sculpture and a cast bronze statue commemorating the Olympic Torch Relay. The totem pole located on the main level of the plaza tells the story of all nations coming together to celebrate the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic winter games and highlights the spirits that inhabit the sea to sky region including the frog, the bear, the whale, and the thunderbird. The conference centre facility is available to all tenants at Suncor Energy Centre and is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Tenant Services Desk. The facility is approximately 2,522 square feet and can accommodate maximum of 56 guests. The dramatic focal point of the Atrium is the famous Canadian bush plane, the Noorduyn Norseman, suspended from the ceiling. The Norseman, part of the Canadian Aero Space Museum display, exemplifies the spirit of the Canadian bush pilot to which the Atrium is dedicated.

Truly one of Calgary's premier business addresses, Suncor Energy Centre is home to its anchor tenant, Suncor Energy, and a prestigious tenant base. The Centre's amenities include 18 retail tenants, who provide a variety of food, medical and specialty services. The Centre is also a significant link in Calgary’s climate controlled "Plus 15" network, allowing visitors the freedom to shop and tour downtown’s top destinations without venturing outside in inclement weather.

At all of our properties we offer security at your fingertips. Integrated with axiis, the LiveSafe mobile platform gives app users the opportunity to report incidents and emergencies safely and securely. Whether being stuck in an elevator or encountering suspicious activity, tenants can speak directly to a security guard and receive updates about the incident report. The process is simple and intuitive. We take the well-being of our tenants and partners seriously, that’s why we put security at their fingertips.

Fifth Avenue Place is a 1.5 million square foot office project located in Calgary’s downtown core, comprised of two 35 storey office towers, encompassing 1.43 million square feet of rentable office space, 48,00 square feet of retail space, a full suite of modern and functional tenant amenities and underground parking. Fifth Avenue Place is connected to the above-ground pedestrian network. The project was completed in 1980, and since its acquisition by Brookfield in 1996, has undergone a substantial investment program.

The Fifth Avenue Place amenities space located on the 34th and 35th floors of the complex’s West Tower, called Cirrus, is exclusively available to building tenants.

Responding to the modern workforce’s reimagined way of interacting with their workplace, the space was thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration, integration and wellness. It’s comprised of a warm, hospitality-inspired 3,600 Square foot tenant lounge, a 3,700 square foot technology-enabled conference centre and a 6,700 full-service fitness facility.

Cirrus is the perfect complement to Fifth Avenue Place’s existing suite of amenities, including our dynamic food and beverage and retail offerings, bike parking and end of trip shower and day locker facility.
