At all of our properties we offer security at your fingertips. Integrated with axiis, the LiveSafe mobile platform gives app users the opportunity to report incidents and emergencies safely and securely. Whether being stuck in an elevator or encountering suspicious activity, tenants can speak directly to a security guard and receive updates about the incident report. The process is simple and intuitive. We take the well-being of our tenants and partners seriously, that’s why we put security at their fingertips.

Parking at First Canadian Place

Our collection of parking amenities is designed to ensure a comfortable start and end to the work commute. Bright and spacious parking garage and bike storage facilities, complimentary services, and eco-friendly options, will welcome patrons to a whole new class of parking.

With approximately 1000 underground parking stalls, the garage has eleven levels of parking for daily and monthly use for both tenants and visitors.

The entrance to the underground garage is accessible from both Adelaide St. and York St. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Maximum vehicle height allowed is 1.95 metres or 6 feet 5 inches.

There are two parking garages at the building. Each has a 6 foot or 1.8 m vehicle height restriction.  Asquith Avenue Parking Garage offers daily parking and monthly parking.

There are 650 parking spaces on 7 above-ground parking levels.  Entrance is on the South side of Asquith Avenue, East of Yonge Street.

Bloor Street Parking Garage

There are 450 parking spaces available on 3 underground parking levels. Entrance is on Bloor Street, just West of Park Road, and exit on Asquith Avenue.

2 Bloor East retail mall and office tower are accessed by taking the elevator to the Concourse Level. Direct access to the Marriott Hotel is available via the elevators to the Plaza Level.

Exchange Tower is located at 130 King Street West in Toronto at the corner of York and King Streets. Ideally situated in the downtown Financial District, the 36-storey property boasts over 1 million square feet of rentable space with typical floors containing approximately 25,000 square feet. Exchange Tower is conveniently linked to neighbouring properties via the underground PATH system and was uniquely designed to complement the existing architecture of Brookfield’s First Canadian Place, with which it shares parking and loading dock facilities, concourse-level and ground floor.

The property has undergone major renovations to the office and retail areas, including a renovated front lobby, and significant upgrades to multi-tenanted floor lobbies and washrooms. This added approximately 27,000 square feet of new space to the building.

At Exchange Tower, we place high importance on the health and wellness of not only the environment, but also of the people that walk these halls everyday. The Wellness Program was implemented as a way to ensure everyone in Exchange Tower could have an opportunity to stay fit and healthy even with their busy schedules.

Whether a light is out, or experiencing a power issue, dealing with a small spill or a large leak, tenants can be assured that their service requests will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Available in app, online and by phone, submitting service requests is quick and simple.

Fire, life & safety

Our security teams are led by professionals with years of frontline experience in security, policing and fire protection and prevention. Know that when you’re at Exchange Tower we have your safety and security in mind. We’ve already thought of what could go wrong be it fire, theft or pandemic and planned for it. So you don’t have to.

As a cornerstone of our emergency management planning, we offer the highest level of prevention measures. Through long-term planning and the use of enhanced technology, our team works to address the ever-changing security and life safety needs of our properties.

At all of our properties we offer security at your fingertips. Integrated with axiis, the LiveSafe mobile platform gives app users the opportunity to report incidents and emergencies safely and securely. Whether being stuck in an elevator or encountering suspicious activity, tenants can speak directly to a security guard and receive updates about the incident report. The process is simple and intuitive. We take the well-being of our tenants and partners seriously, that’s why we put security at their fingertips.

Parking at Exchange Tower

Our collection of parking amenities is designed to ensure a comfortable start and end to the work commute. Bright and spacious parking garage and bike storage facilities, complimentary services, and eco-friendly options, will welcome patrons to a whole new class of parking.

Parking is available by utilizing the joint of the Exchange Tower and First Canadian Place. There are two parking garage entrances/exits; one on York Street and one on Adelaide Street West.*

The garage also has reserved and unreserved parking for monthly permits for tenant parking available 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Spaces are limited to the number entitled under each tenants lease specifications. However, should additional spaces be available, they will be on a month-to-month basis with a thirty- (30) day cancellation notice provision. All monthly parking charges will be included in your rent schedule and are due on the first day of each month.

*York Street is a one-way northbound traffic direction and Adelaide Street is one-way eastbound traffic direction.

Regulations:

  • Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed. Any vehicles parked in the designated fire route will also be ticketed.
  • Vehicles parked in the garage are entirely at the risk of the vehicle owner. The Landlord and/or Property Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in the garage or the contents however caused or incurred.
  • Thirty (30) days written notice is required for cancellation of any/all spaces.
  • No washing or repairing of vehicles is allowed in the garage.
  • For Lost Ticket – If you lose your parking ticket, you will be charged maximum rate $38.00.

For your own safety, please remember to lock all doors and close all windows after you have parked your vehicle in the garage. Valuables and cellular phones should be stored and locked in the trunk, where at all possible.

Bay Adelaide Centre encompasses one and a half city blocks and consists of three office towers: the West Tower (333 Bay Street), the East Tower (22 Adelaide Street West) and the Scotia Bank North Tower (40 Temperance Street). Due to the innovative design and technology incorporated into the construction and day-to-day operations, along with the complex’s integration into the heritage and community of the financial core, Bay Adelaide Centre represents a new standard for premier “AAA” class commercial properties.

The West Tower is 52 storeys and approximately 1.1M sq. ft. It opened its doors in 2009 and is certified LEED® CS (core and shell) Gold. The East Tower is 45 storeys and approximately 1M sq. ft. It opened its doors in December 2015 and is certified LEED® CS Platinum. Scotia Bank North Tower is 32 storeys and approximately 820k sq. ft. It opened its doors, completing the Bay Adelaide Centre, in April 2022 and is LEED® CS Platinum certified.

The sophisticated and contemporary ground floor lobbies are vibrant and spacious, over 28 feet or 8.5 m tall, with an abundance of natural light. The lobbies each feature large-scale art installations. In addition, the lobby has direct access to the PATH, an underground pedestrian walkway. Outside, Gingko trees and ornamental grasses frame the benches and open area in the adjacent urban plaza, allowing a pleasant respite for tenants and visitors alike.

This class is designed to build heat at a gradual pace using a sequenced flow that is graceful and yet challenging to the body and mind. Yoga is lead by an experienced Totum Life Science instructor, who will help you zone in on specific areas of the body each class to help deepen your practice and gain more mobility.

Get ready to work your entire body from head to toe with a variety of tempos, patterns, and planes of movement. A high-energy class that targets every major muscle group while pushing you to the limit. An experienced Totum Life Science instructor will present options for all skill levels. Parking at Bay Adelaide Centre

Our collection of parking amenities is designed to ensure a comfortable start and end to the work commute. Bright and spacious parking garage and bike storage facilities, complimentary services, and eco-friendly options, will welcome patrons to a whole new class of parking.

The garage is equipped with a fully automated payment system that can be utilized at each exit gate. The pay stations are located in the north elevator lobby on Ground, P1 and P2, as well as the south elevator lobby on P2 and P3. This system allows the use of cash or major credit cards to pay the hourly/daily rates that are posted at the entrance to the garage. Garage entrances and parking elevator lobbies are monitored by closed-circuit television at our Security Operations Centre.

There is a designated environmental zone, ‘EcoZone’, on P1 adjacent to the building for carpooling participants and car-sharing customers.

We deliver the highest quality of services to our tenants. By utilizing the Angus Anywhere software platform to respond to tenant service requests, our customer service representatives manage service and maintenance requests 24/7.

Whether a light is out, or experiencing a power issue, dealing with a small spill or a large leak, tenants can be assured that their service requests will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Available in app, online and by phone, submitting service requests is quick and simple.

Our security teams are led by professionals with years of frontline experience in security, policing and fire protection and prevention. Integrated with axiis, the LiveSafe mobile platform gives app users the opportunity to report incidents and emergencies safely and securely. Whether being stuck in an elevator or encountering suspicious activity, tenants can speak directly to a security guard and receive updates about the incident report. Parking at 105 Adelaide Street West

Our collection of parking amenities is designed to ensure a comfortable start and end to the work commute. Bright and spacious parking garage and bike storage facilities, complimentary services, and eco-friendly options, will welcome patrons to a whole new class of parking.

Parking is available by utilizing the combined First Canadian/Exchange Tower and 105 Adelaide Street lots. There are 81 spaces designated to 105 Adelaide Street West upon entrance into the garage follow the arrows. There are two parking garage entrances/exits; one on York Street and one on Adelaide Street West*.

The garage is reserved for monthly tenant parking only and is available 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Spaces are limited to the number entitled under your lease. However, should additional spaces be available, they will be on a month-to-month basis with a thirty (30) day cancellation notice provision. All monthly parking charges will be included in your rent schedule and are due on the first day of each month.
